Dear AHS Alumni,
It is my understanding you might be the contact person for your graduating Class of AHS. I want to share some information about our AHS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION. We have a need for more support from AHS Alumni . Most of the student groups are funded by Booster Clubs and parents and many need additional financial support.
The AHS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION provides scholarships annually and supports various campus groups and faculty events. We hope to increase our scholarship awards and add more support for student groups. Currently we annually award $2,000 to 10 AHS seniors.
All support comes from our AHS Alumni Association Members though membership fees and donations. Our Classes from the 70’s have always been generous with their involvement and support.
We would appreciate your help in spreading the word. Please forward this email to your class contacts or forward to your classmate(s) that have your class contacts of your graduating class. I have attached a flyer (first attachment) which explains the membership program. Also attached (second attachment) is an ad for membership which is ready to post on your class Facebook page or class website.
Let me know if you have any questions. We appreciate your help in letting your Classmates know about the AHS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION and how important it is to join.
P.S. Date for Homecoming this year is Sept. 12. AHS Alumni Association Open House Sept. 13.
